Frequently asked questions
Does it work with the apps I use at work?
Mezi works with Windows programs and Microsoft Store apps. To check yours, download it for free and create an instance: it takes less than a minute.
Does client data go to any server?
No. Instances stay in the folder you choose, on your own PC, and Mezi doesn’t send your apps’ data to the internet.
How does it work for a team?
Each person installs Mezi on their own PC and uses their own account. The Pro subscription is per account and works on any PC you sign in to.
Can I cancel Pro whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel whenever you want from your account and keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
